Volunteer Disposal

“After experiencing increasingly unreliable service with another company, we called Volunteer to see if they serviced our area in Maury County off Bear Creek. At the time they didn’t, but the lady who answered suggested they might be able to and said she’d talk to the owner. Several neighbors also called, and the owner said they would start. We’ve now had Volunteer for a few months and it’s like night and day in service. The cans are larger and more solid. Garbage is picked up exactly when they say they’ll be here. We received TWO emails notifying us that pickup would be a day early because of the 4th of July and they’ve already been here this morning. It’s like “back in the day”….good service, good communication and good people…one can’t ask for more. We would highly recommend Volunteer Disposal to anyone needing garbage collection service.”

“I live on pusher place in rockvale Tennessee and today 3/19/25 I thought the trash had ran so I moved my trash container up to the garage not realizing the trash was still in it. The gentleman on the truck walked up took the trash and emptied it then brought the container back to the garage. This is the most wonderful service and I just can’t thank the gentleman and this company enough. If you know the name of the gentleman that ran our route today please give him the praise he deserves. “We moved to Rockvale two months ago. Early this morning 11/27 my daughter and I had just woken up from a late family movie night when I heard the trash truck. Me being in a wheelchair couldn't jump up and bring both cans to the road. All of a sudden I saw a gentleman walking down the short drive and brought both to the road. My heart was so thankful! I've never experienced that amount of initiative!”

“I have been using this company for almost 3 years. They are the Best!!! Their employees never leave a mess when picking up trash. They also have some of the best employees. My nephew is 4 and he loves watching them pick up trash. One of the drivers actually let him come to the truck and showed him things. I would highly recommend this company!!”
