“The pick ups are not regular, frequently missing days or not picking up all of the dumpsters here. The trucks leak oil, leaving marks on the pavement in front of the dumpster corrals. The placement of the dumpsters frequently hits the backstops that are there to prevent the dumpsters from hitting the fence. This has caused those pylons to be bent and the cement at base to crack. I have not found anyone to be rude, but I think they need more training on operating the trucks and the trucks need more regular maintenance.”

“Really rude recycle guy! I was outside and heard the recycle truck coming. I waited so I could return my empty bin and that of my elderly neighbor's to our back yards. One guy saw me and yelled to his colleague "see...they are watching you, everything you do, just in cast we might rob them". I was insulted and tried to explain myself to his guy and he wouldn't even hear me out. I decided this poor fella didn't know any other way to interact with people. I hope the company sees this post and puts him on another route - who needs that kind of attitude, behavior and rhetoric!”

“A trash company that cares about no one but themselves, every saturday morning at 6-7 am my apartment community is awaken by trucks empting dumpsters, it sounds like a bomb going off waking everyone from their sleep. They dont care about noise ordinance laws, yes we have these rights which they piss on, no trucks should be emptying trash before 9am! Their a very ignorant company when it comes to making very loud noise early in the morning, thanks for waking me!”

“Goode was my neighborhood’s previous company. On their last day, they rolled through my neighborhood taking the residents cans regardless of where they’d come from. In my case and in the case of some of my neighbors, these cans were labeled with the Montgomery County seal. I called Goode asking them to return my heavy duty 96 gallon can and the manager there refused. What they did amounts to theft and I’m disappointed that I have to even be writing a review for a trash company.”
