“I am very satisfied with our service with PSI overall. We have been able to contact them when we have extra garbage and they take care of it without a problem. I am reviewing specifically today because my garbage man went above and beyond. It is our garbage day and, with the chaos of the week, we forgot to take our garbage can to the road. Our garbage man backed down our driveway, got out of the truck, placed the garbage can where he could reach it, and emptied it before moving onto his next stop. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but that took a lot of extra effort and thoughtfulness for him, instead of just considering it our loss because of our mistake. I really wish I could tip that guy in an age of excess tipping, this would definitely be an appropriate situation.”

For the past 19 months Patrick has always been respectful, knowledgeable and understanding every time I have had a question or general conversation. Patrick is very consistent in his pick up time every Tuesday. I often tell my neighbors we can set a clock to his pick up time. Thank you Patrick.”
