“As a small business owner myself, I know how important good customer service is. This company goes above and beyond my expectations. I recently asked if they could put a dumpster on my barge for a demo project. I knew that it was probably an odd request but they made it happen. I will be using them for all of my dumpster and portolet needs.”

“I don't like to leave bad reviews, but they leave me no choice. A few of weeks ago we ordered a dumpster from Rock and Roll offs because of re roofing our home. When the gentleman came to pick the dumpster up, attempting to load the dumpster onto his truck, he smashed into the back of my tailgate. I walked outside shocked to see he that he proceeded to get into the truck and leave. I called the company to see what they wanted to do about my truck. They told me to send an email with pics and no response. 2 weeks later and still no response, no concern at all. Maybe this review will save someone else.. just go with another company. They obviously don't want to be held accountable for damages the driver caused.”

“Had my roof replaced and my contractor hired this company for the dumpster. The person that delivered the dumpster set the dumpster on my sidewalk to my front door completely busting it all to pieces. When the contractor would do nothing to resolve the issue after nearly 2 months, I called the company. I was quickly told by the person answering the phone that it was not their responsibility. Yes, it is your responsibility. Who else's responsibility would it be? Told me it was my contractor's because they only placed the dumpster where they were told to place it. Well, Ray Charles can see the damn side walk and know that a giant, heavy dumpster doesn't need to be set on a sidewalk. Very rude and extremely unprofessional. Use this company at your own risk.”
