“Absolutely Horrible Service, Zero Stars if I Could this place (Republic Services 623) is a complete nightmare. We were told we needed a vest and a hard hat, so we got them since we didnt know there was one in our truck made a U turn right there . Not even three minutes later, the same lady who gave those instructions flat-out refused to let us in. She was beyond disrespectful, rude, and clearly had no interest in helping at all. The lack of professionalism here is unbelievable. If you want to deal with people who are unhelpful and power-tripping instead of doing their jobs, then this is the place. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and avoid it at all costs.”
“In the last month, they have only picked up our trash once. They missed every routine pickup. Each was reported, and every time I was promised a missed pickup. Waste of money, time, & energy. They pick up their calls at least and you can speak to friendly representatives. But no one actually picks up your trash.”
“Three weeks and no pick up! Every time we call they say they don’t know why our trash hadn’t been picked up. Then they say that we’re on the next schedule to be picked up but AGAIN they don’t show up. Even the manager on the phone seems completely careless and clueless. We’re paying this company to do nothing.”
