“The worst of the worst!!! I have 5 dumpsters at my place. Suppose to pick up 2 times a week. I pay anywhere from $7000 to my last bill was $9845. Yes that’s thousand. They don’t pick up, when suppose to, dumpsters overflowing. When you call they, they tell you they picked up, and want to charge you for overage and extra pick ups, when they didn’t even do there first pick up!! Also you call to see why they haven’t picked up, they give you the run around and lie to you, tell you they’re coming and never show up. The thing gets me the most, is telling me they picked up at one in the morning and never was picked up. Apparently you have some dishonest drivers…”

“I've used this place many times but lately it's a rip-off. I had very little trash at all and got charged $33 for it. Now. Here's where the problem is. I pulled up on the scale to leave and within it the time of me getting out of my truck. They already had my card. Everything printed off the receipt stapled and card to the window. By the time I did that. There is no way they weighed me at all and used it as the bill. Happened before but they charged me $50 for half of what I got now. For that it was around $20”
