“* DO NOT SIGN UP. YOU WILL REGRET IT. CALL EVERGREEN FIRST…….. While initially service was good. Casella took over an went down hill fast. Since Sept I’ve been trying to get them to pickup their trash bins. If you sign up with them, plan to have missed pickups, customer service tells you just leave extra trash outside and they will get it next pick up and no refunds, no one comes to get bins. The drivers were the only good thing about them. Evergreen offered better pricing. (What Casella charged per visit was what Evergreen charges for 1/4 billing and does Trash / Recycle WEEKLY). Until someone gets these bins from my house (and my neighbors) I’ll keep updating your social, Google review and emailing for legal documentation of your abandoned trash cans that killed my front lawn, moved to side walk now they are in a public walkway.”
