“Republic Services has been awful to have servicing my building since I moved here in 2022. This company insists on starting their work at 4am (or earlier) and is extremely loud which wakes up the hundreds of people who live in the large residential buildings on either side of the alley. It’s completely unnecessary for trash pickup to take place at this time when there are many other commercial buildings which could be serviced first. I posted a video about this issue which now has over 19.3k views in under 24 hours. Many people have commented that this experience has prevented their ability to sleep and peacefully enjoy their private residence. I hope this company & the city receives a lot of well-deserved push back because of this nuisance they’ve caused residents.”

“My husband and I were driving 218 South of Linn Co and truck #3495 (USDOT 962089) and he tried to rear end us. Was close enough to the car all we could see was the truck's grill. Then he honked a few times. Also proceed to pass us and cut us off. He had a load with no straps and no hooks and it was bouncing about 2 inches off the truck. A few months before this, one of Republic's roll-off drivers tried to hit me pulling out of the company's lot as I was driving down the road, at 25 mph, looking at me.”

“We use Republic Services for our remodeling business needs with a dumpster at our shop that gets emptied weekly. Last year they brought me a freshly painted dumpster without me asking, that was a pleasant surprise. My driver is very prompt and courteous, and patient with me. When I've forgotten a something in front of the dumpster he will move it for if he can. Samantha, my business customer support person, has always been responsive and helpful building quotes and ordering jobsite dumpsters when we need them.”
