“The dumpster was not delivered on scheduled day. The company was not aware that it was not delivered. They rescheduled for the next day after I called them to inquire about it. The next day it was delivered with trash in it from the previous job. The dumpster was placed diagonally in my 3 car side by side driveway, making impossible for me to park in my driveway, so I have to keep my car in the street for 3 weeks. I called the company 3 times and no one picked up the phone. Called again and opted for an irrelevan option and the person who picked up contacted Steve. Steve demanded pictures of the dumpster from me which I provided. He agreed that junk left inside it was unprofessional but told me that driver had to place the dumpster diagonally in the middle of driveway because he couşdn’t back straight. The street in front of my driveway is a 2 lane main artery and I have a 3 car wide driveway, so this doesn’t make much sense. Steve told me that driver went home and he offered me a discount in an unspecified amount. I told him that my first choice was correcting the situation and adjusting the position of the dumpster because I wasn’t comfortable with leaving my car in a busy main artery for three weeks, and if that’s not possible I would reluctantly accept a reasonable discount. I asked him to please get back to me, he did not get back to me, didn’t let me know if they would reposition the dumpster asap, or if not, specify the discount. I chose this company upon recommendation on FB town page and I expected better. This review may be modified based on the response and solution I might get later from the company.”
