“I’ve never worked with a more incompetent group of people. Our commercial contract states that they will pickup 3x a week. They missed a day so our trash piled up outside the can - because we have nowhere else to put it. To “make it right” they offer to send a driver - but said driver can’t get out of his truck to deal with the trash on the ground. Because why would a trash guy have to deal with the trash?! Making it right is fixing the problem you caused. I understand the policy, I also understand in certain situations a policy can be broken. This is one. To make a customer have to pick up the trash you failed to pick up is not a “quality customer experience.” On top of all of this the driver placed the can back on top of a bag making it impossible for me to pick it up and busting the bag. Of course they said they aren’t responsible for picking it up. So now, not only will I have bags of trash on my highly trafficked commercial property I will also have small pieces of trash floating around. Whatever the price is - go with the other guys.”
“**Services in McCordsville – Alexander Ridge** The service quality has deteriorated to the point that I am questioning who contracted this organization and who is responsible for hiring the collectors. Each week, the pickup schedule is inconsistent—some weeks they do not show up at all, and when they do, they often leave additional trash scattered across the street. Bags frequently miss the containers and end up on the road, in residents’ yards, or wherever they fall. I have documented these issues numerous times, yet no one in the office appears to take the concerns seriously. I am unsure whether this is a matter for the city to address or if the HOA has the ability to consider a different service provider.”
“The fact that this company gives crappy dumpsters to companies is ridiculous. You can't even open the latch for the doors to throw away trash. Which doesn't make sense if you ordered a dumpster with a door to walk the trash in as the trash container. What I throw away is not light and cannot be thrown over the ledge unless I want to throw out my back or pull a muscle. Its disappointing really.”
“Absolutely terrible. We used to have raised trash service and they were great. They picked up all the trash you laid out. Priority routine routinely ignores trash. Every week they are lazy and do not complete the simple task of removing our trash that we lay out for them. What are we to do with this. Why am I paying them?”
“My trash can is consistently never in front of my house where I leave it. Over half the time it's two doors down, sometimes it's left in a bush between my house and another house, the roadway or today it was in the middle of my driveway so I couldn't pull in. I would give zero stars if that was a possibility.”
