“Such a great company & team! I hired them to help do a clean out at my grandparents house and they were amazing. They were very sweet to my grandparents and respectful of their space. We wouldn’t have been able to get the job done without 412 dumpsters. And it was definitely a big job to take on. They were very efficient and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner so we could get other work completed at the house. 10/10 customer service and work. “The dumpster was good but there was a lack of communication throughout booking. I had to proactively text them for every detail-confirmation that we had an appointment, time range to expect drop off and pick up, and payment method. On the day of pickup I requested to be notified before the truck was here. When I got home the dumpster was gone and I had no voicemail or text. Lou reached out to explain and apologize, which is appreciated. I would hire again for the honesty.”
