“I had the pleasure of using Bin There Dump That (Douglasville location) for a clean up project for my community. Let's be clear, Every one I have spoken to have been beyond courteous, polite, helpful and patient. I would like to highlight the pick up service I received today. Byron went well above the call of duty to assist me. I was in complete distress as my load was too heavy and the contractors hired were unable/unwilling to assist with unloading. I was calling companies all around Atlanta for assistance. The dispatcher from Bin There Dump That gave me a curtesy call just to follow up on my progress and when I explained my situation she went above and beyond her call of duty to find some one to help me. And to the rescue comes Byron! He assessed the situation and he was phenomenal! I appreciate the dispatcher for reaching back out to me and sending help and I appreciate Byron for coming out and not leaving until we got the situation resolved. Please ensure these two are recognized as they were exemplary their kindness and genuine willingness to help I will never forget, you have a customer for life in my book!!”
“I ordered a 15 yard dumpster to clean out my garage and this worked out perfectly, from the moment I filled out a quick online quote to the second the driver was in my driveway I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience. They put down protection before putting down the dumpster and clean up when they pick up assuing they leave your property better than when they got there. 10/10 will be using this company again!!”

“This is the best dumpster company! I've used them several times and have never had any issues. Customer service department is excellent! They return calls and emails promptly and are always friendly and courteous. Drivers follow directions and will call or text you when they are on the way to your location. They never leave a mess and best of all the price is great! Overall a great company to do business with. I'm definitely going to use them again.”
