“I’d like to share my personal experience with PSI, the waste service provider in Twin Falls, Idaho. To start, I didn’t choose PSI—they are the only provider available for the city, so using their service wasn’t optional. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been consistently frustrating. From my perspective, the overall service feels disorganized and unprofessional. The drivers I’ve encountered often appeared unhappy or irritated, which made interactions uncomfortable. I understand that waste collection is a difficult job, but the attitudes I’ve experienced made it seem like many of the employees did not enjoy their work. Calling customer service didn’t improve things. In my experience, the representatives came across as curt and uninterested in helping resolve issues. I often felt dismissed rather than supported. This, to me, suggests problems in training, standards, or management expectations. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the drivers seem to change frequently. While I can’t say for certain why, the constant turnover gives the impression that employee retention might be a challenge. Again, this reflects what might be larger issues within the company’s management or workplace environment. Overall, I sincerely wish Twin Falls residents had more than one option for waste service. If I had the ability to choose my provider, it would not be PSI based on the service I’ve personally received. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would,but I can't so I won't. They are really self indulged and lack the ability to see what there costumes really want and need!”
“I am disabled, spinal damage and my mom is 94, almost 95 and can not stand without assistance. So I sure am hoping that the old PSI customer service shines through. Otherwise I'll be forced to prove my case for my mom and PSI's fetch and return policy . I've lived here since 1970, and its always been PSI and their customer service has always been in my experience exceptional. I can only hope, cause mom and I really are busy being old and crippled.That is a lot to handle so these exrtra activities, really exact a big price on oour health and metal well being.”
“PSI is the only garbage service available in the city of Twin Falls, so residence don't have any other option of a garbage provider. Unfortunately, PSI seems to abuse this fact. Every interaction I have had with PSI staff, whether with the customer service, sales, site manager, office manager, or drivers has been unprofessional. Staff often show a lack of knowledge about work policies, providing inconsistent or incorrect information, and respond to questions in a condescending tone rather than an assisting one. More than once, comments and workplace banter were highly inappropriate and not what should be expected from a company providing important public service. Instead of my concerns being addressed professionally, effectively, and respectfully, PSI employees tend to deflect responsibilities showing arrogance. When a company has no competition, professionalism and accountability should matter even more. Unfortunately, PSI falls short in both areas. Based on my experience, this is not a company I would ever recommend.”

“I would like to say thanks to the driver on my route for consistently slamming the dumpster down in every imaginable way possible. I really loved the way that my dumpster was slammed into the front of my truck the way that it was today when I came home. People like you are what makes the world what it is today. Keep up the work and one day you might get repaid the same courtesy that you have shown me.”
