“I wish I could give them 0 stars. I scheduled a pick up of heavy items and agreed to pay $36 per item. They told me to leave the items out by 6 AM Friday. I left them out at the edge of my driveway. It seems like they have to be on the curb. A man got off and inspected the items and just left! I didn’t understand what happened and I called them as he drove away and I was told my items were not exactly on the curb. I said these are large items and why didn’t their employee just knock on my door? I could have put it where he wanted me to while he was there. It seems they cannot come up to the property! But he did come up to my driveway and looked at the items. Anyway, they will charge me now for a dry run. I cannot change who picks up the trash every week. But do not ask these people for any other service for they are not service minded at all. They mock their customers when you call them for help.”
“Any time that I have a need to call the office I am always treated with kindness and respect. Very pleasant, professional business all the way around, including our driver. You can set your watch by his arriving at the same time, every time. Good folks!”
“They have been a nightmare since we moved to Parma. Everything from processing payments to picking up cans and not leaving them either in the middle of our driveway or the road. Go with the other company!”
“Was late getting our cans out today. The driver saw this and without hesitation took care of us. He also got out of his truck and walked the three cans across the road to our driveway for easy retrieval (after seeing I went back inside). This was not necessary but greatly appreciated. A nice way to start out Monday morning with an act of kindness! (Kuna)”
