“Texas Outhouse is a stellar company providing porta johns/hand wash stations to our facility. Their service of the units is always reliable and professional. My interactions with some of the staff is what prompted me to write this review. When I run into issues I simply reach out to their service group. Not long ago, a specific employee took on my emails and worked with me directly to resolve issues. Katie Wagner - your eagerness to help along with your genuine want to solve my issues is something that is so rare. In my job I work with a lot of service providers and I wish all of my interactions were exactly like the ones I had - and continue to have - with you. “Texas Outhouse to the rescue! After a no-show by another vendor on a Friday evening, our community event was in jeopardy of having nowhere to "go" if nature called. An actual person picked up the phone (not a robot) on Saturday morning. Texas Outhouse bailed us out and dropped off units for our event a few hours later. Outstanding customer service and follow-through. Thank you Texas Outhouse!”
