“This is not a one-time issue — this has happened multiple times, and it’s unacceptable. Trash is routinely left behind in the street instead of being fully collected. Bags are dropped next to the bins and just ignored, creating a mess and an eyesore for the entire neighborhood. We pay for a service that is supposed to pick up ALL trash, not partially do the job and leave residents to clean up after the crew. Leaving garbage in the roadway is unsanitary, attracts animals, and shows a complete lack of care or accountability. I’ve included a photo as proof because this keeps happening. Until this company starts doing its job properly and consistently, I cannot recommend their service to anyone.”

“They picked up my neighbors trash which was next to mine. Hers on one side of the telephone pole and mine on the other. They left mine. I have a disabled adult in my home and the trash needs to go. Let’s see if they call me back like they said they would. You can’t tell me this could not be picked up. Well the tell me because my can was on one side of the telephone pole and my neighbors on the other it looked like I had two cans and I am only paying for one. I stressed I take my neighbors trash out for her and it is that way every week. The still refuse to come back and get my trash. Rudest people I have ever met. I have to admit I let my Temper get the best of me and got hung up on. This place is a dump. Just like the trash they pick up. And no they did not call me back. I had to call them again”

“They have built too many homes out here and have not gotten more trash trucks.... they use to pick up our trash around 2pm and recycle before 10.... now they don't get to my trash until dark or not at all and the recycle is still there.... it keeps getting worse. It is dangerous for those guys to be of The back of a trash truck after dark....”

“Just wanted to give praise the man who picked up our recyclables on 11/7/25. He usually picks up the trash & not the recyclables anyways my 3 yr old just loves the trash truck. She waves at them every Monday. The guy who picked up our recyclables is the only one who waves back at her. Today he not only waved but beeped the horn & just made my little ones days. It really is the little things that go a long way. Don’t know his name or anything like that but again he was the man who picked up our recyclables on second st, next to the new Global High School. Thanks again trash guy.”
