“All I can say is if you decide to do business with them read every word! We signed a one year contract. During this time our dumpster was left full numerous times, trash was left all around dumpster and down our driveway, as well as coming before business hours knowing our hours of operation so those weeks it was just left overflowing. Due to these things we decided to cancel at which time they informed us that every year on the anniversary of our signing we're automatically signed up for NINETY MORE MONTHS of service. She informed us that "It was on the BACK of the contract you signed." So we're just so excited about that! We own a small business ourselves and we pride ourselves on being honest and making sure our customers are treated fairly. What Lift is doing is misleading and sneaky. We signed it, yes. It is our fault and we learned a very expensive and valuable lesson but maybe sharing what happened will save someone else 90 months!”

“Called the number on the dumpster. 2 on site at my apartments, 1 on either end. 1 dumpster was emptied but my side was still overflowing. No one at the office but was told they can’t talk to me even though pickup was yesterday and dumpster was overflowing the whole weekend. It was never emptied. I am disabled and can’t carry trash all the way across the complex. Was told there is nothing they can do. WHY IS THERE A NUMBER TO CALL IF YOU CANT DO ANYTHING? WHY CANT YOU FIND OUT WHY YOUR DRIVER NEVER EMPTIED TRASH??? I HAVE PHOTOS AND POSTING THEM FOR YOU TO SEE.”

The workers that come are great we have kids at our location during the daytime and they honk their horn and wave at the kids and the kids absolutely loved it! Everyone is very kind! Saved us money and great customer service can't ask for anything else! Highly recommend using their services!”

“Hasn't emptied our dumpster in 3 weeks. Doesn't respond to any of our attempts to have pick up scheduled. So if you want a dumpster for decoration that is never emptied you should absolutely call them.”
