I hired the service online, had a pretty clear understanding of what it would cost based on the website (and the job actually cost less than I thought it would), picked a time and date, which were verified promptly, got a couple of reminder calls during the week, and received a phone call a half-hour before the truck arrived to say they were on their way. I had five heavy, bulky pieces of furniture to move, and the two men who came were fantastic -- quick and smart about the logistics and incredibly friendly and nice.”

“The Junkluggers were lovely! Very polite and respectful and were SUPER QUICK! It took them under 10 minutes to get a sleeper couch and love seat out of my apartment. At first I thought they might be a little pricey but in the end it was DEFINITELY money well spent! Highly recommended. P.S. Also love that they try and keep the stuff out of landfills. If I would have done it myself it would have gone straight to the dump (easier)... now it's donated.”
