Unfortunately, I had to ask 3 additional men on site to assist the 2-person crew who came unprepared. This is a problem ... I also was somehow denied the $30 SANTA coupon that was my incentive to use Junk-King again. I also purchased their bags from Amazon, so I feel like I'm paying even more for a service that was frustrating today and required me to get their team extra help to do the job they agreed to do.”
