“Contact, and setting a date and time was easy and efficient. Determining a price was vague. Sent pictures of junk to be removed. Felt employees who came to remove the junk were not well prepared. Didn’t have a hand cart or dolly to remove the large 4 drawer file. It was a real struggle to get that out of my house without scratching floors or hitting a wall. They did manage to get the file cabinet out of my house without damaging or scratching anything. The employees were very polite, hard working and cordial.”
“Website indicates “get a quote” online, but we were unable to do so. (Only reason for docking a star.) Otherwise easy to see price structure. Easy to set up pick up time. They arrived punctually, and set directly to carry a sofa, chair, and rollaway bed up from basement, and were paid and done in under 15 minutes. Couldn’t have gone any smoother.”
