“I was put in charge at our business (SRC)to make sure trash must be pick up every day. before that nobody was monitoring the pick up so we notice that trash was not being pickup . we call them and explain the situation and right away they send representative to resolve this problem . when we show them the videos they sincerely apologetic to us and promise it will never happen again . I like to thank the 2 supervisors (ronnie/kenyon)who in charge of the drivers they have high standard of what they do and will fix the problem which they did as of now. also i want to give a BIG thank you to account manager Tori/Yan when problem come up i can count on you to resolve it with great communication between the two of so thanks to you and your team providing our company great service . thank you again REPUBLIC SERVICES 👍.”

“The landfill is conveniently located for residents in the eastern part of Henrico. However, my experiences with the scale house staff, particularly with an employee named Jennifer, were less than satisfactory. Jennifer's interaction lacks the basic courtesy of greeting customers, and she refrains from using the speaker system for communication, often resorting to gestures and expecting customers to lip-read. Furthermore, there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the acceptance of materials such as "construction debris" or "house renovation debris." On an occasion, despite arriving with a roll-off dumpster trailer, I was incorrectly informed that such disposal was not permitted. Additionally, the safety protocol concerning passengers in the vehicle was enforced without prior clear signage, leading to confusion and inconvenience. This insistence on safety gear for passengers who were not exiting the vehicle seemed excessive and was not communicated effectively beforehand. These interactions with the scale house, specifically with Jennifer, have unfortunately marred my experiences on two separate occasions.”

“This company is a joke. Do not use them. For one can it is literally double the cost of the competitors. Also, when you cancel, they charge you $32 to pick up the can. Also, for nearly two years, while unknowingly paying more, they picked up whatever lawn refuse I put out. Then in the last 6 months they stopped picking it up. I had to call and they tried to charge me for the pickup. I explained they had not done this before. They ultimately picked it up, but now I have to call and convince them to pick it up. Their competitors pick up 5 bags included in the lower cost and more if you request.”

“Place is a joke cant get ahold of anyone on the phone. Then the lady at the scale is super rude and you can tell she just loves her job. And the prices are insane to dump. And only one person can get out so if you have a huge load to unload by hand you will be going at it solo.”
