“False communications, dishonest business, and leaky trucks. After acquiring Reliable Sanitation’s weekly trash and recycling services, Arrow Waste has been nothing but problems. Upon acquisition, they promised no increase to rates. Thereafter, they proclaimed that recycling service will be reduced to every other week. A 25% reduction in service provided is hardly a sustenance of the previous rate! Management insists they face operational “complications” and would consider restoration of full service for Reliable customers. No answer existed when it was confirmed (by Arrow Waste) that their acquisition was inclusive of Reliable Sanitation’s equipment and crews! A response from senior management was promised - none received in 5 weeks. Their trucks leak all over my neighborhood. In violation of GA DOT and local regulations, their trucks create a weekly biohazard along our streets, quickly spreading to our sidewalks and in our homes, as pets and people go about normal business.”
“I was supposed to have my residential garbage picked up Monday - no pick up. I emailed Arrow, no response. My garbage and many of my neighbors’ has been sitting curbside since Sunday night (5 days) with zero communication from Arrow. I sent called and emailed yesterday and Regan Walter, the Billing and Collections admin, told me that they hope to be able to retrieve our trash tomorrow (Friday, 6 days late) and “we don’t offer refunds for missed pickup. Instead our commitment is to return within a week to ensure your trash is cleared before your next pick-up day.” So not only does Arrow not pick-up trash on time, they offer no apologies or refunds for a service you have paid for. Now that is some really interesting customer service. I will mention that this is far from the first time this has happened. I have had multiple missed pickup-ups and have had to call each and every time. At this point my garbage pick-up is almost a week overdue, and I am having to take trash bags in my car and dispose of them elsewhere. If you DO NOT need garbage service, Arrow is the best. If you do, I guess Waste Management is our best bet…calling them now. Disappointing because I was trying to give the smaller company my business. Oh well…they are trash 😂”

“They have picked up my trash twice since their recent acquisition of Reliable Sanitation. Both times they left my can in the middle of the street despite my complaint about it the 1st time. Not to mention if I am not home, it could possibly sit in the street for days creating a warning or fee from my HOA. I am very disappointed.”
