“I've used these people for the past 6 months and everything was fine until one of their drivers recently cracked my driveway. After doing so, he took pictures and said it wasn't him. The crazy part is that the driver called me before entering my driveway and asked if its ok. (It was poured over a month ago and thats plenty of time for the driveway to cure so I said yes). He knew it was a new driveway and didn't care to be careful. He didn't mention anything about cracks before coming in and my uncle was there waiting on him. The driveway was fine before my uncle got there and as he drove out he immediately noticed the cracks. I spoke to the manager to try to resolve it but she backed her driver and didn't care about anything I had to say and said she wouldn't pay for it. I spent thousands of dollars on dumpster rentals and they couldn't spare the couple of hundred of dollars its gonna cost to repair. I didn't mind using them at first but after that, never again. If you notice in the pictures, you can tell the driver wasn't careful at all coming out of the driveway.”
