Jackson Compaction - Roll Off Dumpster Rentals

“I’ve used them 3 times for dumpster rentals. Great service, but it’s next to impossible to get ahold of them. I typically have to call 2-3 times a day for 3 days until I get a call back. This 3rd dumpster rental they delivered a 30 yard when we ordered a 40 yard. They charged us the 40 yard price too. Still trying to get ahold of them so they can give us the correct size dumpster.”

“Rented a 4ton dumpster. No one told us we will be charged every time they come to pick up the dumpster. It’s not listed anywhere on the website and no one said anything thing when I called for pricing or when they dropped it off. They picked up the 4 ton dumpster one morning without my permission. I had to call and ask if they were gonna to bring me another and said they forgot to tell me they picked up the wrong dumpster. They dropped off a 3ton the next day. I called and the man said it is a 4ton but smaller. Definitely not a 4ton. I refused to pay for something that was not my fault or the wrong size. The man said he would not charge me for the mistake they made. Since the 3ton was smaller we filed it up fast and requested another pick up. They dropped off another dumpster that was even smaller than the 3ton. I called and the man said it’s the same as the 3ton but smaller. Man finally admitted they did not bring back a 4ton like i originally requested. I filled this dumpster fast since it was even smaller. They picked it up and dropped off the same small dumpster. I have an acre of yard that I was trying to clean up and that is why I ordered a 4ton in the first place. Was able to get a quarter of the yard done. Will never use this company again.”

“Trying to rent a dumpster and it is extremely difficult to get a hold of somebody and they don't call you back. Apparently only 1 guy can take care of this request. After multiple attempts, I had to let them know that I will just find another company. Western Disposal was awesome with their prompt response and scheduling!”

“Attempting to rent a dumpster I have called five times throughout the month and left four voicemails and have received no calls back. there seems to be just one person that deals with dumpster rentals and attempting to speak with anybody else about the matter my concerns fall on deaf ears, I have received nothing but responses defending that they are very good about contacting people. this is not been my experience. How could this be one of the most recommended companies for this service.”
