All American Waste

“All American Waste recently acquired the company that took care of my weekly garbage collection. I spoke to Samantha (Brown), the friendly customer service rep, to set up automated billing. In addition to doing this, Samantha agreed to confirm that my monthly charges were competitive. I had low expectations of ever receiving a response ... but I could not have been more wrong. Samantha contacted me and offered a price reduction. I could not have been more thrilled. Also, to my delight, All American Waste are retaining the same collector, Francisco, whom I first met as a young man. He has taken such great care of me for decades ... a reliable and hard-working man, who like clockwork, skillfully reverses his large truck up my driveway around 6.30am every Thursday. I regard Francisco as a friend. I want to congratulate All American Waste for their recent acquisition and for their outreach to the new customers. “Having panicked that my very full recycling was not picked up due to misunderstanding as to when to put it out, I contacted the company and was assisted by a very polite, professional person. As she promised it was picked up the following day, even though we had a significant snowfall. They even texted me to be sure it was picked up. Thanks, Jessica!”

“Great experience. People are very pleasant. I had ordered a 30 yarder for 10 days ( a little extra), but didn't even need the standard 5 days. I got the dumpster on a Friday, filled it all weekend, called them Monday and asked him to take it earlier and they took it that same day. Great service”
