“first-time user for a residential clean out... ordered a 20y dumpster and compensated with what they had available (30y)... dumpster was offloaded to street when requested to be left on driveway... on street happens to be in a snow emergency route... ordered for 30 days but with weather forecast in lieu of leisurely gathering up became a rush project to beat the forecasted snow later in the week! called for an early pickup to get it off the street and delivery requested for 15y for 14 days... that's when it was realized that an early turn in does not get prorated nor would there be credited money on my account (my bad)... lesson learned... all in all, I would engage their services in the future... prices are fair and dumpster delivery is within the day of requested service... customer service needs to learn not to debate with the customer, for it can be taken as rudeness and lack of professionalism... I understood that their interactions and response to my concerns were more defensive and were not meant to be offensive in our text exchanges. Great company to hire indeed!”

“We have used David's redbox+ team twice now for different clean out projects at home. Each time has been professional, courteous, and came with great communication. The drivers that deliver and pick up are simply the best. The most recent experience came during a snow storm, but the driver didn't let that stop him from positioning the dumpster exactly where I needed it. He was in and out of the truck several times to make sure I was comfortable. Easy process. Reliable service. Great pricing.”
