“I have been trying to transfer service to this company for 3 weeks now. Long hold times. The first week I called 3-4 times and every person i spoke with was not helpful at all. The second week I called I spoke with Hope and she was very helpful and said someone would call within 72 hours. No one called. I call back and talk to Christina who also was very helpful but again no follow up and no call back. I am now curently on the phone waiting for a supervior. Very poorly run customer service.”
