Their website made it easy to order just what I needed and the staff always answered the phone with such courtesy. They followed up with an email to confirm order, receipt and a reminder of when they were picking the bin up from our home. When the driver was on his way, he called to let me know he was just 20min away - which was so appreciated. The bin was placed right were I asked it to be placed in the driveway (even though I was not there), and it was very clean. I highly recommend "Bin There Dump That" for their excellent customer services and pricing. Thank you !”
“Rented the large dumpster for the 7 day rental. Company set it where I needed it, showed me how to work the doors. Shared helpful info on putting junk in and keeping things fairly level so pick up wouldn't be troublesome. They came and got the bin and checked all around to make sure any extras didn't fall. The whole experience is great. This is my 4th time ordering a dumpster from here because I get what I was promised.”
