“I use Bin There Dump That all across the US. This location is by far the hardest to work with. No communication what so ever. I had to keep calling them for updates on the delivery of my container. They took payment in full at time of my order. It was to be a morning delivery and now it's going to be an afternoon delivery, but no notice from them. I had to call looking for my container to find this info out.”

“I have been trying since 7/1/25 to order a dumpster. Their system keeps reversing the charges immediately after charging, then saying the charge is declined. THREE different banks (we've tried three different cards) have confirmed that my card is fine and the problem is on the merchant's end. I needed the dumpster for 7 days, and now only for three because my helper will be gone. They won't charge for less than 5 days, even though NONE of this is my fault. And I'm crazy enough to still be waiting for a call back tomorrow, after systems reset, to try the charge again, since I can no longer order from anyone else in time before my helper leaves. I'll be happy to change my review if my experience changes if and after I get a dumpster!”
