“Only reason we chose this company was because they contained a lock on the trash container, but after the first month all the hidden fees started to come in and we asked them to end it (we paid month by month, no yearly contract). That was September, it's been 2+ months and the container is still in our lot and they come by time and time again to pick up air (we no longer throw trash in there) and we are getting charged for this. We've called them 5-6 times and it's like talking to a brick wall. Every person says something different but the one thing they have in common is that they all say the last person gave us the wrong information. Never encountered a business more unprofessional.”
“Past couple of months they don’t pick up my trash or only take the bags from the top and leave the rest of the trash there in my opinion it’s a waste of my money and they shouldn’t have such lazy people working for them”
