“Extremely rude owner. I called inquiring for service for a client, got a call on the other line, asked this business owner to hold on for a few seconds, switched back on in less than a minute, and he had hung up. I called back again, informed owner of my client’s address, then he said the address I gave him does not match up with the service address that my client provides. When I asked him why he would think I was lying, he stated “people tell all types of lies to get their trash picked up”. And then later he said he had just confirmed what I said was true, BUT he still did not apologize. I pointed out to him that it’s wrong, he then rudely said: “ma’am why don’t you go get your service from somewhere else?” This is a BIG no no for any small or big business. It’s unfortunate that companies like these still exist. Why claim to offer service to the public and then be extremely RUDE AND CONDESCENDING FOR NO REASON???? I had booked another waste company business for my client. They were polite, professional, and worth my client’s business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE THAT VALUES THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! OR HAS SELF RSPECT FOR THEMSELVES.”

“I was sent out 2 pickup a can that was sitting underneath a powerline couldn't line up 2 it cause of a car that was parked infront of it and while the Boom was up in the air it hit the power line by mistake and cause the powerline 2 come down Y would any 1 put a can in a place like that says FOARD CONSTRUCTION and I was the 1 that had 2 get it my experience in roll off trucks was a big mistake but the owner doesn't care...”
