Loaded the dumpster and they picked it up 2 days later.It was so beyond easy and such a great way to get a house cleaned up quick. Would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them. Communication has been excellent from start to finish, pricing is better than other options I checked, and they’re incredibly reliable. My driveway is a bit tricky, and every single time they’ve followed the drop-off instructions perfectly without any issues. Drop-off and pickup have both been smooth, on time, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a local company that’s this consistent and easy to work with, but Pack Mule Dumpsters has nailed it. I won’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.”

“I rented a three-day dumpster from Pack Mule Dumpsters, delivered Saturday morning, October 25, and scheduled for pickup on Tuesday, October 28. The delivery was prompt and as scheduled, but the service quickly went downhill from there. My children and I had loaded the dumpster over the weekend, but my husband and I had planned to finish organizing it so it wasn't overflowing after work on the evening of October 27. Around 2:30 PM that afternoon, I noticed that the dumpster was missing. I was concerned that the dumpster had been stolen so I immediately called Pack Mule Dumpsters. The man who answered said he’d spoken to the driver, who had taken pictures of what was “overflowing” and removed it before leaving. When I pointed out that our rental wasn’t due for pickup until the next day, he looked at the schedule, realized the mistake, and said he’d call the driver and then call me back. He never did. No follow-up. No explanation. No apology. The only thing I heard from them afterward was a request to leave a review — which felt pretty bold considering the situation. Despite the contract specifically stating the dates of drop off and pick up, I paid for 3 days and only received 2. Expensive dumpster in that regard. While the delivery was on time, the early pickup, poor communication, and lack of accountability left a really bad impression. I don’t think this is a professional or customer-oriented way to run a business.”

“Rented a dumpster bright and early online, and it was promptly dropped off at the agreed upon time. Driver followed my instructions regarding drop off location and needed no guidance. Driver was friendly, professional, and timely. Original pickup date of the dumpster was on a Saturday and Pack Mule was unable to pick up the dumpster. I was worried that I'd be charged for extra days, so I called them. The gentleman I spoke to was very cool and adamant that I would not be charged, as it was not my fault that they had not retrieved the dumpster yet. Pack Mule held true to their word. On the day of pickup, I was made aware by a family member that some scoundrels in the local neighborhood had rummaged through my Pack Mule dumpster, throwing the contents all over the ground and alleyway around the dumpster. Pack Mule was very cool about delaying pickup for a few hours to allow me to get home and clean everything up / reload the dumpster. Overall, doing business with Pack Mule was great.”
