“We gave specific instructions on where to place the dumpster at our house and asked the representative they he understood the instructions. He told us yes. This requested spot for the drop would make the dumping process a lot easier for the contractors because otherwise they would have to walk up a hill and 50 yards further to the dumpster on a day that it was 100 degrees out. We then asked if we needed anyone to be at the house when the dumpster was dropped and we were told no. The company dropped the dumpster in the wrong spot at our house---we could see this from the cameras. We called the company and they agreed to go back and put the dumpster in the correct place which they did. Then we received an invoice for $75 for moving the dumpster which was not our fault. We called the company and asked to have the $75 credited back and the person who answered the phone said no. We then asked for a return call from a person in Management or the owner and after two calls and three emails, we still have not heard back from anyone. The $75 isn't the issue here, it's the principle that the company made the mistake and we are having to pay for it. I would not recommend using this company. We will not be using them but rather contacted another dumpster company for future use.”
“Picked up a mill load here, very fast loading and easy to get to for an hectic area a little tight but keep cool it’s easy. Go in and hop on scale, scale operator will direct you to dock, scale out and on your way. Load scaled out perfectly. Truck friendly Directions from Loves in Shartlesville, PA (non toll route) 78 W to EX 19 PA 183 s/e toward reading US 222 to US 422 E to 76 E to 476 south 476 S to EX 3 TL at bottom of ramp and go 6 miles east. Facility on right For drivers who take tolls 78 E to 476 s to ex 3 and follow directions above.”

“What an professional, polite and competent business. They were available when I contacted them at 6AM. They had a dumpster delivered to my house early that afternoon. They scheduled pick up from a voice mail that I left. The people who answer the phones and who delivered the dumpster were pleasant and helpful. I have used them before when I cleaned out an estate. This time it was for my home. I would whole heartedly recommend them.”
“I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!! Jenny is AMAZING!!!!! I manage thousands of corporate trash accounts and although I only have so many in the Philly area, she comes through every single time!!! The whole staff there is amazing. We can reach out late afternoon and they will have a roll off delivered the next morning! Shout out to Holly as well. She is easy to work with and I just wish we could have the staff here in Califonia haha!!!”
