“Waste Collection Systems increased their quarterly service fee from $75 to $84 without any prior notice. I canceled my service after only one month and switched to 5-Star, which even provided a free container. Despite canceling, I was still charged for three months hy Wste Connections. Customer service was very unhelpful. Specifically, agent Marianda was extremely rude and seemed unwilling to assist, acting as if collecting payment from customers was some kind of favor rather than her job. Overall, I do not recommend this company due to unexpected charges, lack of transparency, and poor customer service.”

“They do a great job, and when there was a problem a couple years ago our driver worked with us. He also left us a Christmas card a few years back for a couple years. I am not sure if we have the same one now, but he had been the sweetest driver we have had!”

“This company will do anything but pickup the recycling bins. Your best bet would be to stand next to the cans when the driver shows up so you can use a tape measure and a level to make sure the automatic arm has clearance. God forbid the driver leaves the cab or better yet they hire enough people to service the small on street parking that is already jam packed. Poor excuse for organization and high time the City awards the contract to someone else.”

“Horrible company. They apparently cut the cost for weekly service from ~200/month to ~70/month and didn't change the billing for current customers nor bothered to inform us. Instead they just kept billing us at 3 times the rate they billed new customers. What kind of bizarro world math is this? If I had a choice I would never use Waste Connections again. Pay attention to your bill and call often, they won't bother to try and save you money.”
