“I have been an ACE customer for a very long time. They have always had great service .but with living on a fixed income I needed to see if I could reduce my utility and other service bills. Last week I called Ace Solid Waste to see if I could lower my rate by reducing the size of our garbage container .I first was directed to an AI chat which didn't help much. I then switch over to their customer support group and started talking to Anne A, a real person. She not only told me that I would not get much reduction in my bill by reducing the size of my container but she also started looking into other ways I could reduce my monthly bill She came back and told me that I could reduce my bill in which I was very happy with. Anne could have told me nothing more than what I asked for but she went that extra step and made me a very happy Ace customer. In this day of reducing customer service staff by adding AI chat groups, I am glad to see that I can still tal to a real and dedicated person to help their customers, something that NO AI could ever do.
