“(Reply to Business Below) - 1 Star Review Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They seem more focused on chasing dollars than providing decent customer service. When I called to inquire about their services, it felt like I was bothering them, and the conversation ended with them hanging up on me after I asked why they sounded uninterested in doing business. A company with this attitude toward customers is unlikely to last. It’ll be interesting to see where they stand in five years. Reply to the Business: Thank you for your response, though it only serves to confirm the experience I described. It’s unfortunate that in 2024, a business in West Texas still clings to outdated stereotypes and assumptions about people like me. Rather than addressing the issue of how I was treated, you’ve doubled down by implying that I was the problem—an easy excuse when you’re unwilling to take accountability. As a Black man, I’ve encountered enough bias to recognize when someone’s refusal to engage in good faith isn’t about ‘profane language’ but about preconceived notions of who I am. It’s disappointing, but not surprising, that a company touting 15 years of experience would use such a dismissive tone toward feedback instead of reflecting on how to treat all customers with respect, regardless of their background. I hope this response serves as a reminder that professionalism and equality are essential for lasting success in business. Should you ever decide to step into the present and treat all customers fairly, I wish you well.”
“As a contractor we have been using them for dumpsters and portable toilets. In the rental agreement they are supposed to clean the toilets weekly. Every single job we’ve used them for they just don’t show up and can never really give my company a reason why. Currently have some rented through them and they keep saying “you’re first on the schedule” and still don’t show.”

Needed an extra day to fill - one call, rental extended, no sweat. Great communication, punctual service, clean dumpster. Highly recommend! Made a huge project a breeze.”

“I only wish we could give O stars. We ordered a dumpster for our job site and didn’t receive it for almost a week after the day they said it would be delivered. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks later on 10/5/2019 we called West Texas Dumpster for a pick up and drop off of another dumpster as the one we had was full. We were told they would bring us one Monday....here we are on Wednesday with trash flying everywhere because they STILL have not brought the dumpster. We have called everyday and their response everyday is “ We will bring it tomorrow “ . I can assure you our company will NEVER use them again Nor will anyone else we know. They have TERRIBLE business ethics and customer service.”
