“I have had Rumpke service for close to 4 years. I have zero complaints about my driver and the service he provides. He is great! My issue recently arose with customer service. Over 10 years ago I had a close family friend who was higher up at Rumpke. He gave me an old trash can. At the time I didn’t even have Rumpke service and my collector made me tape over their name to pick up. Fast forward till 4 years ago and we move to where we now have Rumpke service. At the time I told them I did not need a can because I already had one. Now we get to present day. I get a bill in the mail with a rental fee for MY trash can. I call and get a very rude women who says there is nothing they can do about it because I can’t prove where I got the can. After a lot of back and forth the end result is that I now have to pay a monthly rental fee for a trash can that I OWN and have OWNED for over 10 years. And the kicker is that if I ever cancel service I have to either give them MY trash can or buy MY trash can. It is absurd. And terrible customer service.”

“Generally, I would say that they are good.But last week they didn't take my trash.I called three times they said they would come pick it up and its still siting there.”

“Great service to learn where we live they sent a truck because they were having issues finding us. They called and I went out to wait for them. I use a walker and I wheeled the can out and waited for them. The man was so nice and although I wanted to take can back in, he did it for me. I could still enjoy the remainder of my day. Since then we have not been missed. I truly appreciate their concern and wanting to find us. Great service.”

“I had experience with Rumpke in Cincinnati and was very satisfied. I have niw moved to the Marietta area. The service here is as good as in Cincinnati. Have alot of ‘packing recycle material and so wonderful that all that material is being picked up without any issue. Always pick up as scheduled and the empty containers are left in the yard and emptied completely. Service is excellent. Thanks. .”
