“Rude lazy driver. Our garbage man was mad that I had a fork lift in the way. Rather than pulling the dumpster on wheels 4 feet to the right. He sat outside and honked until someone moved the fork lift. He then dumped the garbage and never put the bin back where we had it to begin with. I’ve never had a problem with any of their other drivers but I hope we never have this guy over here again.”

They have repeatedly damaged our container enclosures without taking any accountability. Atlas consistently overpromises and underdelivers. When issues arise, scheduling an on-site visit with an account representative is a waste of time—no one shows up, and there’s no call or email to reschedule. The company’s high employee turnover means you’re assigned a new account rep every few weeks, making it nearly impossible to resolve concerns. Management, specifically Heather Martin and Dillion Williams, lacks integrity and professionalism. They are pushy, show up at your office unannounced, and make empty promises just to secure your business—only to disappear when it's time to follow through. Their actions have put our communities in terrible and compromising positions. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and unnecessary stress. Choose a company that values its customers, operates with professionalism, and actually delivers on its commitments—even if it costs a little more. It will be worth it.”
