“The worst experience ever. I wish I can give a -0 star. Rented 4 dumpsters to avoid overweight charges & personally supervised to ensure not overfilled. They still snuck in an additional charge of $1703 a full month later thinking i would not notice. Very very sneaky & shady business practice. Included picture below. Never provided a receipt or any documentation explaining the charges. The service rep name Eric couldn’t explain the charges, got rude & unprofessional on the phone when confronted about false charges. The supervisor I was connected to (didn’t say the name) was the same, no surprises. An apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Just a rude group of people doing shady business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Currently fighting the overcharge.”

“Incredibly reckless driving from one of their hooklift trucks in the Westcott neighborhood in Syracuse 11/14/2025. Hook down, tailgating extremely close, passed on a double yellow. Very disappointing and frustrating to see from a so called “professional” driver.”
