“Several missed pickups. I called this time and was informed that the guy who picks up our trash stated my cans weren’t put out. I have video proof that my cans were in fact out by 7 am. For the past 9 years someone has come between 10 and 2. Last week it was a bit closer to 4. This week nothing and it is more frustrating that he lied and stated they were not out when I can prove they were. We seriously need more competitive service providers in my area.”

“Their customer service is horrible. We signed up for business dumpster service. Throughout the year, my monthly bill increased from $135 to $190 per month at the end with no change from me on our service. In January, I called to cancel our service and was told that to cancel you have to give a 60 day notice. Our contract was up at the end of Feb, so I said "that's fine then I'll complete my contract and here is my 60 day notice. After my contract is complete, come and pick up the dumpster." They then responded that I needed to send that in writing through certified mail. (Which I refuse to waste my time doing) They said contracts are on auto renewal so even though my contract end in Feb, I'm still required to give 60 days plus a certified letter. I responded with, I'm not sending a letter and I'm not paying for service past the end of Feb, I've called to cancel and sent in an online form. I was told they would update my account. Today is March 2nd, I called to see when they will pick up the dumpster since our contract is over. I was told that my account rep was notified that I wanted to cancel but no cancellation request was submitted and that someone else would be calling me back. Certified letter??? Really, this is a scam. They want to wrap you in with low prices at first and then make it near impossible to cancel. Oh, and they did call me back after my first call to cancel saying they would drop my service fee to $75/month. So basically, I guess I was getting overcharged by double all year if they were so willing to offer me less than half of my current bill for the same service. Horrible!!!!!”

“The account was paid up in full before the service was canceled. Within one week they charged for a late fee and a garbage can collection fee for a residential house. The bill was $77. They never picked up the garbage can and have refused to listen to any comments or letters. The garbage can is still in my yard. They have turned me over to a collection agency for the $77 without picking up the garbage can. I have written numerous letters. They said an agent would call me. They have never called. Legal action will be taken. Still no reply from email??? How long will this take!!”

“They do business the old fashioned way, where the customer doesn't know what he is talking about. I asked this company to remove a dumpster from a construction site in March. They waited until May to come get the dumpster. Then they tried to invoice me for the additional two months that they left the dumpster on site. When I refused to pay the invoice they turned me over to a collection agency. When I still refused to pay they posted a mark against my credit report. This is a horrible company, and I think the world needs to know the experience I have with them. This happened several years ago, and to this day I make sure to tell everybody my story and post on the internet so all can know. Buyer beware.”
