Every time we had a huge pile of garbage out front, it was taken with no complaint. “The service that we receive from Rumpke is very dependable. They pick-up up my recycling every Monday, except for major holidays. I've seen Rumpke employees take the time to pick up items off the street that fall out of someone's recycling can when it was being loaded into the truck. I've been impressed by their consciencesness. I like living in an area that supports weekly recycling.”

“It would be 5 stars except the recycle guys leave the bin dead center of the entrance to our driveway on a road that has 50 MPH speed limit and I almost get killed turning in and getting around our recyle bin or the toss it in the ditch and at my advanced age I have a hard time getting it out of the ditch. The guys that pick up our regular trash are great.”

“Within the past 3-4, I’ve not been satisfied with the service. I’ve either had to call due to trash not being picked up or recycling not picked up, and yes, the bill has been paid. I’ve had to do this more than one time and it’s been frustrating. One time, the trash truck got the trash and recycling. What’s the use of recycling? Sad part, I still had another recycling container that wasn’t picked up, and I’ve had recycling partially emptied. This past week all was good. We’ll see how long it lasts.”
