They have always been willing to pick up any extra large items I've needed removed and the drivers and collectors are always willing to go the extra mile when I've needed a little help. My son is in a wheelchair and they saw him struggling to get his trash to the cans as they were picking up trash. They helped him and even made sure the cans were brought up to the house from behind his car so he could pull out without hitting them.
