“Horrific experience. I strongly suggest not to give your money upfront to this company, give a deposit and then pay after the service is done. They tried to stick me with a 125-dollar dry run fee because the dumpster had to be taken back, because it blocked the sidewalk; would have no problem paying the fee if it was disclosed to me before getting the dumpster; it was not disclosed to me nor did I sign anything, yet they kept trying to get me to pay it, holding my money hostage. My money is still held hostage, after requesting a refund more than 5 times! I had to hire an attorney, write a complaint to the Michigan Consumer Protection Agency, I had to call and write emails back and forth, and I still have not received my money back. Horrific experience! I have already lost 2 workdays due to this horrific experience.”
