“I had a very poor interaction with office manager Nikki. This company is doing work across the street from my house. They have put ruts into my yard and have been very unprofessional with their response, or lack there-of. I called to let them know about the damage and was told I would be called at 9am. When I called back at 11 she was resistant accept responsibility and refused to even offer an apology. She is very argumentative and accused me of being hateful for asking how the driver was unaware of the damage they clearly caused. She claimed the driver did not even know he had made the damage, but then claimed a school bus did it and that they would only be fixing part of their damage. Avoid this company if you value prompt and courteous responses to your property damage.”
