“FYI: they’ll get out of the truck to put a sticker on your trash can, but not move them apart to pickup your trash (see picture: they said they’re too full and too “close” to be picked up…please make that make sense). Also, as the minimum wage worker said on the phone, “they have plenty of other customers, so they didn’t need me as one.” Basically, don’t call hoping for any customer service experience on the other side of the phone, especially if you’re questioning their drivers logic lol!”
“Okay we would have given a 5 star rating instead of 3. The service for trash pickup is great, always on time. But last November a new and young driver broke our brick culvert with the bucket claw. I contacted your office that same day and hour. It only (jokingly) took 10 months for someone to come out and repair our culvert. A big thank you to Robert and his partner for coming and repairing our culvert. These guys did a great and fast repair.”
“Ive had Waste Connections for my trash service for years. They show up like clockwork every week and I've never had a problem with my trash pickup, even when cars are parked on the road by my cans they are always picked up. Great service with great drivers and anytime I've ever dealt with the office over the phone they have been very friendly and courteous. Would absolutely recommend these guys.”
“Mandy has been amazing from when we first started service. Also after the snow/ice storm helpful getting trash picked up. It’s nice being able to talk to someone who understands my frustration and trying to fix the issues. Which the issues was out of their control!”
“They pick up my cans on time every time and the cans are a decent size unlike some other companies in Clarksville. Very reasonably priced for two can pickup. The customer service people are also very nice when I forgot to put my cans out they were able to arrange a special pick up for me”
