“*Response: Actually, We called at the 28day mark to request an extra week, this is when we were told we do not have to worry about late fees as we are long term customers. So yes, we took our time and filled it at our convenience as we have done many many times. We were told keeping the dumpster longer was not a problem as we have always kept one on site from you guys. It’s not that serious, if you don’t want our business we will gladly take it elsewhere. But… If you tell me not to worry about how long I have it that additional fees won’t apply to me…and then you try to hit me up for said fees I absolutely will have a problem with this. Not sure what changed with this company... I have been a long term commercial customer for many years. We were very clearly told one thing about pricing up front recently, today however Amber tried to charge far more than was agreed upon. In the end Amber informed us they would come collect their dumpster and no longer be doing business with us. I will be advising future potential customers to do business elsewhere, as will I.”
