“I really wanted to give a good review but sadly I can't. Last Saturday, 10/11/25, we rented a dumpster and they delivered 2 hours late with no communication. I feel like if I didn't track them down I would never received it. I was also given the excuse the phones were down. Then I paid for an extra day but we got done early and asked them to pick up same day, they didn't pick it up until Wednesday after having to call again. They did offer me a 5% discount for the inconvenience. Well, I decided to rent again this weekend and here I sit 3 hours late and no dumpster. I'm told uncommon issues come up. Really? 2 weekends in a row? I have had to hunt down someone again to find out what is going on. No communication that they are running late and finally get them to tell me they are checking on it but we are 45 minutes from checking on it. They are reasonably priced and perhaps renting from them is better during the week but the weekend is a bad time? Website says they are open on Saturday but no one answers their phone and they don't make sure their orders are fulfilled.”

“Short story: I was lied to and overcharged for loads that were not full. Jedi Junk Removal, rather than covering their dump truck loads to prevent anything from blowing out, simply fills them to less than capacity and charges customers for a full load. Make sure you request pictures of every load! Long story: I hired Jedi Junk Removal to remove a significant amount of junk from a hoarder home I purchased. At one point I showed up at the home toward the end of the day and asked if the load the crew was working on would be filled entirely before they took off. They assured me that it would be filled. About half an hour later, I just happened to pull in behind the truck as it left Highway 20. As you can see from the picture... it wasn't even close. I contacted company management, but their employees had a truly terrible attitude the next day and left without finishing the job. The company reviewed photos of other loads that I was charged for, and found that I had been charged full price for 2 other half loads. They made it right in the end, but if I just happened to catch it, what are the odds that it's happening with every single job performed? As stated above - be aware - instead of using a cover to ensure nothing blows out of their dump truck (like one would reasonably expect), JJR will simply fill the truck to less than full and charge you for a full load. If you don't believe me, swing by their downtown IF location - they park their truck there regularly. I don't think I've ever seen it full. One star for trustworthiness, one star for ultimately making it right after I challenged what I had been charged.”

I filled out a request for an estimate online for junk removal of a renovation project I did and requested a dumpster for another project. They called me back very quickly and helped guide me in the right direction for my situation! The workers who came to clean up from my renovation project were very friendly, professional, and speedy! I have always considered myself a very frugal person and never thought I would hire out for cleanup.. but it was worth every penny and saved me several hours, maybe even days of my time. I have shopped around a few other places in Idaho Falls and have found that these guys offer very comparable prices and when you combine it with the customer service, they can't be beat!”
