“This company is absolutely terrible. My condo association uses them for our trash collection and they have consistently not picked up our trash. They will drive right by an overflowing dumpster and not care at all. And this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions. Every time I call to address it they are extremely rude and act as if I am the burden when they are the ones that haven’t done their job. Completely unprofessional and all around horrible service.”

“As a new customer who has just signed a service agreement, I can't yet speak to the pickup service itself. However, the customer service I’ve received from Holly Lee throughout the inquiry and setup process has been nothing short of outstanding. She has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive every step of the way. Holly personally assessed our property, offered fair and transparent pricing, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Her approach truly represents the gold standard in customer service; something that’s all too rare these days.”

“This company has been consistent since 2019; they sub our account out and we have not had our recycling dumpster dumped in ALMOST three months. We have paid our last three invoices YET no service has been provided SINCE September 7th, 2022. I reached out to Diane in customer service who was USELESS and when she finally got back to me 24 hrs later she just read whatever statement the sub company gave her WHCIH was a lie. I wish I could include a picture because apparently our recycling dumpster was dumped 2 days ago. HOWEVER That is a lie it has been overflowing SINCE October 10th AND Still is! Oh I can add a photo. See image below of our dumpster that I was told was dumped a mere 2 mornings ago”

“Had to call once or twice to remind them to empty our dumpster after a week of them not showing up but overall didn't have a lot of problems in that regard. If they didn't show up on the normally scheduled day they would usually be there within the next 1-2 days. However, today I received an email stating that they were dropping us at the end of February because its too dangerous for them to back out of our parking lot onto the main road. And I agree its not the safest thing to do. Unfortunately though they made no attempt to contact us and try to make it work out. Certain times of the day there is enough room for them to turn around. If asked we could move things around to accommodate the driver in turning around on our lot for the scheduled day. There are a few different things we could have tried before coming to the conclusion that it just wont work. And based off a majority of the reviews here I am surprised they are able to just drop business so easily. As you can see from the picture, the lot is more than big enough for the truck to turn around if some parking is slightly changed.”
