“Called to set up new service. They answered the phone with a hello, no identification of where I was calling. Then identified they were driving so they needed me to text my address to see if they serviced our area. Seemed very uninterested in my new service. If this is the type of service you give day one…. I can’t imagine what the future would hold. Waste of a call. On to the next one. Too many fish in the sea for this kind of customer service experience. You may own your own business, but you don’t own customers. Best of luck”
