We had a 30-yard container that needed to be emptied several times per week and we rarely knew exactly which days. Ashley worked with me and allowed me to text her when we needed it pulled and all throughout the holidays and PTO she was there for us to make sure our needs were taken care of. We will definitely use Republic Services when we have projects in the future.”

“I was charged for one month services for a business I had sold the month before. They said my checking account was still listed for automatic payments. That was September 14, 2025. Today is January 13, 2026 and still no refund. I have called at least eight times a every time I get get same answer. It takes six to eight weeks for a refund to process. If you are owed a refund good luck getting it! This is after over 20 years as a customer and paying every month on time by draft.”

“I just wanted to express how much Linsey, our driver from Republic services, has meant to our operation here. I am the head of maintenance at a condo facility made up of 158 individual households. We have four dumpsters emptied three days a week. Linsey’s consistency in showing to empty our dumpsters when he says he will and his willingness to go above and beyond is a great value to us!
